Harmony Bird Huts offers a unique combination of the practical and attractive for your yard. The creations combine science and art to provide your feathered friends with homes they’ll love… and you’ll treasure.

ABOUT US

The husband-and-wife team combine the best of both worlds. Chris is a biologist. Marilyn is a professional artist. And both are avid backyard birders.

They’ve combined their skills to create handcrafted birdhouses that meet U.S. Fish and Wildlife standards… yet provide an aesthetic that enhances any yard.

Chris and Marilyn were inspired to create their unique huts during the Covid lockdown.

Their backyard bird feeders have attracted a wide variety of wildlife for years: From downy woodpeckers and chickadees to wild turkeys. And from chipmunks and rabbits to white-tailed deer. “What,” they wondered, “if we added nesting boxes?”

The result was a riot of birdlife - especially in spring. Thus, Harmony Bird Huts was born.

Thanks to their unique combination of talents, you may enjoy the same bird activity they do. Birds - and mammals - of all descriptions frequent their suburban yard.

The natural elements of northern white cedar and white pine give Harmony Bird Huts durability… and make them feel like home to the nesters. The craftsmanship and artistic touches make them an attractive addition to any yard.

The pine and cedar huts are finished with camouflage-color water-based stains. Or, you can choose a plain hut, finished with a clear water-based stain that allows the hut to age into a beautiful silvery grey appearance.

Whatever your choice, your Harmony Bird Hut will beautify your yard while benefitting the wild birds that bring you so much joy.
